Water and lipid in the skin pile next to one another like a mille-feuille (which is called "lamella structure"). This structure in the skin blocks any type of serum to penetrate deep into the skin; a water-base serum is blocked by lipid, and a lipid-base serum is blocked by water.
The serum from MESOCEUTICAL line adapts ATDS, a patented system. This technology takes advantage of the amphoteric system which can penetrate into both water and oil, so this serum can run through both water and lipid layer and deliver active ingredients deep into the skin(*), without a needle or electricity.

High concentrated 22% pure vitamin C works effectively.
MESOCEUTICAL VC22, the first serum using ATDS system, contains high concentrated pure vitamin C.
The study at Duke University, USA proved that less than 20% concentrated vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) cannot work as a booster for generation of collagen or reduction of pigmentation.
The concentration of pure vitamin C in MESOCEUTICAL VC22 is 22%, which is super high. It boosts generation of collagen fibers while inhibiting generation of melanin, which result in a firm, radiant skin.
